Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- Work on the end-to-end UX/UI design process for web and mobile products, from user research and wireframing through high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to identify user needs, validate design decisions, and continuously improve the overall product experience.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to translate business goals and user requirements into effective design solutions.
- Create visually compelling, accessible, and implementation-ready designs that align with user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements.
- Apply strong design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, and CSS knowledge, to ensure quality, consistency, and usability across digital experiences.
- Support the delivery of intuitive and engaging user experiences by refining concepts based on feedback, testing results, and evolving product priorities.

Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and a range of UX design projects
- Proficiency in Figma
- Solid understanding of CSS principles and how they apply to design implementation
- Proven experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Qualifications
Preferred
- Experience with HTML
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, and color
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience designing for both web and mobile applications
- Familiarity with other design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Azure
