Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.
Work You’ll Do
- Treasury System Expertise & Implementation: Lead and support Treasury Management System (TMS) projects with hands-on experience in at least one leading platform, such as GTreasury or Kyriba, helping clients streamline and automate their treasury operations.
- Oracle Cloud ERP Treasury Integration: Deploy and integrate treasury modules within Oracle Cloud ERP, collaborating with stakeholders to implement cash management, debt/investment management, and banking solutions that deliver robust financial oversight and compliance.
- Cash Flow & Liquidity Management: Apply your background in cash flow management, bank relationship management, cash forecasting, investment accounting, or liquidity analysis to drive actionable insights and maximize financial efficiency for client organizations.
- Business Process Improvement: Gather requirements, map business processes, and configure treasury technology solutions to align people, process, and technology—ensuring successful project adoption and optimized treasury operations.
- Functional Workshops & Training: Lead functional workshops to assess requirements and facilitate solution design, as well as deliver comprehensive end-user training to ensure seamless adoption of new treasury systems and processes.

We work with the CFO, CAO, controller, and treasurer to develop an efficient, high quality, data-driven, tech-enabled controllership and treasury function that empowers our clients to drive more value to their business partners and to their investors.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- 5+ years of experience in treasury management, banking operations, or treasury system implementation, including hands-on exposure to at least one leading Treasury Management System (TMS) such as GTreasury or Kyriba.
- 2+ years deploying or integrating treasury functions within Oracle Cloud ERP, specifically modules related to cash management, debt/investment management, and banking.
- 2+ years of demonstrated expertise in cash flow management, bank relationship management, cash forecasting, investment accounting or liquidity analysis.
- 2+ years of experience in requirements documentation, business process mapping, and configuration of treasury technology solutions.
- 2+ years with treasury industry standards and compliance requirements, including OFAC, GASB, and implementation of best practices for internal controls.
- 2+ years of project management in a client-facing role.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,800 to $148,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
