Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:
- Serve as the D. Travel liaison, prepare travel authorizations and settlement vouchers (up to 10 per month) using the Deloitte D. Travel system, following GSA and CFE-DM procedures.
- Coordinate all aspects of official travel for CFE-DM, including booking of air, hotel, and ground transportation for trainings, conferences, and supplies.
- Manage group travel logistics for events, exercises and training, often involving international locations and multi-participant arrangements.
- Ensure passport and visa requirements are met ahead of all foreign travel, and referencing the Electronic Foreign Clearance Guide (FCG)
- Review travel plans for accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and compliance, promptly handling issues.
- Notify travelers of mandatory pre-travel requirements—such as Area of Responsibility training, anti-terrorism briefings, or country-specific advisories—and verify that all authorizations and prerequisites are completed on time.
- Maintain organized records of all travel authorizations, vouchers, and staff trip profiles to support compliance reviews and performance reporting.
- Provide monthly feedback and performance updates to internal leads as required by the PWS, meeting the 95% delivery and compliance benchmark.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret security clearance required
- 2+ years' experience travel coordination, especially within a federal, military, or government setting
- 1+ years' experience with travel authorization/expense platforms
- 1+ years' experience federal travel regulations (JTR, FAR/DFARS)
- 1+ years' experience with the Defense Travel System (DTS) or similar travel authorization/expense platforms.
- 1+ years' experience with federal travel regulations (JTR, FAR/DFARS) and government travel card management.
- Ability to travel 5-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Master’s degree or higher (e.g., disaster management, international relations, public policy, or related).
- 1+ years' experience supporting DoW, USINDOPACOM, or other government/military travel.
- 1+ years' group travel, event logistics, and international travel coordination.
- 1+ years' experience with clearance and security protocols for overseas assignments.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,750 to $171,250.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
