Work You’ll Do
As a PROJECT - Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation performing as Trainer on the Cyber Strategy & Transformation team, you will be responsible for…
- Implement risk management programs for our federal clients by utilizing NIST, RMF, and FISMA compliance frameworks.
- Enhance cyber awareness with clients and project teams.
- Work alongside federal clients to help them mitigate risk through continuous monitoring and incident response.
- Establish security controls to ensure the protection of client systems.
- Implement cutting-edge security tools for our federal clients.
- Design, develop, and present cyber defense training objectives, curricula, instructor guides, student guides, job aids, course outlines, and other course materials utilizing instructional design models.
- Create and present technical lab scenarios to provide hands-on learning that simulates real-world cyber threats.
- Tailor training to space mission systems/operations and associated key cyber terrain.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles and ensure engagement.
- Improve existing course content to ensure it remains current and effective.
- Mentor federal clients in best practices for responding to cyber incidents, cyber defense, and mission planning.

Our Cyber Strategy & Transformation offering develops and transforms cyber programs in line with a client's strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite. It keeps the enterprise a step ahead of the evolving threat landscape and gives stakeholders confidence in the organization's cyber posture. Includes design of the cyber organization, governance, and risk assessments.
The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active Secret Clearance
- Local to the Colorado Springs, CO area and able to come onsite 5 days a week
- 3+ years of cybersecurity experience with an emphasis on cybersecurity course training development.
- 3+ years of experience with SIEM/IDS/IPS (Elastic Stack, Splunk, HBSS, or equivalent).
- Strong background/familiarity with Windows and Linux command line, networking, traffic analysis, and MITRE ATT&CK framework.
- 1+ year of experience working on a cybersecurity team such as a SOC (Security Operations Center), CPT (Cyber Protection Team), or CSSP (Cybersecurity Service Provider).
- 1+ year of experience within the following:
- Experience working with RMF and NIST 800-53.
- Experience working with cybersecurity tools.
- Experience with cyber awareness (e.g., phishing emails, cyber training).
- 1+ years of experience within Cyber Security, Training Development, SIEM Integration, Linux Administration.
