Work you'll do
The Technology Delivery Senior Manager will drive the design, delivery, and evolution of technology solutions that support Deloitte’s Regulatory and Financial Risk offerings. This role focuses on leading complex delivery efforts for financial services clients, translating business and regulatory needs into scalable technology solutions, and guiding teams through execution. The Technolofy Delivery Senior Manager will work across stakeholders to bring structure, quality, and momentum to high-impact initiatives.
In this role you will:
- Lead the delivery of technology solutions that support Regulatory and Financial Risk client needs
- Translate business, risk, and regulatory requirements into delivery plans, product features, and implementation activities
- Manage cross-functional teams through solution design, build, testing, deployment, and adoption
- Oversee project timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams
- Collaborate with client and internal stakeholders to drive innovation, delivery quality, and business outcomes

The Team
Our Regulatory & Financial Risk offering supports clients' regulatory and compliance needs, balancing risk and regulatory requirements with enhancing business value and optimizing outcomes. We deliver enhanced value through strategic transformation, end-to-end implementation, and a focus on business-as-usual sustainability across processes, controls, and data & analytic infrastructures.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, finance, accounting, mathematics, or business
- 10+ years of experience delivering technology solutions for financial services clients in a consulting or professional services environment
- Experience leading technology delivery across design, build, test, and deployment activities
- Experience supporting technology initiatives tied to regulatory, risk, or compliance programs in financial services
- Ability to travel up to 75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

- Master's degree
