Work You’ll Do
In this role, the practitioner will work with Navy systems that are both IT and OT and assist in systems engineering and network engineering activities to better ensure that the systems are configured correctly from a technical standpoint and meet standards established by our client. The practitioner should have hands on experience as a systems engineer and familiarity with standards such as the risk management framework, criticality analysis, and industry best practices related to the resiliency of critical infrastructure. In this role, the engineer should be comfortable in configuring systems and making changes to configurations of a system in a manner that will increase resiliency while maintaining uptime.

Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.
Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering and Network Design
• Experience with Windows Server Hardening
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active Secret security clearance required
