- Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirement specifications.
- Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities.
- Guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternative approaches and conduct feasibility studies.
- Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
- Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.
- Develop technical, system architecture, and design documentation.
- Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment.
- Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the system engineering area of responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in system engineering, computer science, information systems, or related discipline required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Must be willing to work onsite five days/week in SCIF environments in Fort Meade, MD
- 8+ years of experience as a System Engineer.
- Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Previous experience leading and directing client meetings as an SME
