Work You’ll Do
As a Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for…
- Leading strategy, transformation, and operational improvement initiatives for government and public sector clients
- Managing project workstreams, deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications across complex engagements
- Developing analyses, recommendations, and implementation plans to address supply chain, operating model, and performance challenges
- Supervising teams, reviewing work product, and mentoring junior practitioners across project activities
- Supporting business development efforts through proposal input, client presentations, and practice-building initiatives

Our Supply Chain & Network Operations offering advises, implements, and operates transformational solutions that bring world class supply network capabilities.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- 6+ years of experience supporting strategy, transformation, operations, or supply chain initiatives
- 3+ years of experience leading project workstreams or teams
- Experience developing presentations, reports, and executive-ready deliverables
- Experience working with government, public sector, or higher education clients
- Ability to travel 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
- Master's degree
- Experience with supply chain strategy, operating model design, or process improvement initiatives
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs
- Experience with business development, proposals, or client presentations
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder groups
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint for analysis and reporting
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Virginia, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $159,100 to $265,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
