Work You’ll Do
As a Manager of Supply Chain Risk Management, Strategy and Transformation on the Government and Public Services team, you will be responsible for:
- Advising leadership on supply chain risk management (SCRM) policy, oversight, governance, and enterprise coordination.
- Supporting the development, refinement, and implementation of SCRM governance structures, processes, decision rights, and reporting mechanisms.
- Tracking and managing SCRM issues, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder equities across offices, commands, and mission stakeholders.
- Preparing executive-level briefings, decision papers, talking points, and status updates to support senior leader decision-making.
- Translating policy, executive orders, and governance requirements into practical guidance, while coordinating across stakeholders to support implementation and issue resolution.
- Identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in SCRM execution and supporting senior advisory activities in meetings, forums, and working groups.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Ability to work on-site in Alexandria up to 5 days a week
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain risk management (SCRM), supply chain, logistics, acquisition, or defense/federal environments
- Experience working across multiple defense offices or with senior stakeholder groups
- Experience supporting defense SCRM policy, oversight, governance, or enterprise coordination efforts
- Experience developing executive-level briefings, recommendations, decision papers, and decision support materials for senior leaders
Preferred:
- 20+ years of experience in supply chain risk management, supply chain, logistics, acquisition, or defense/federal environments
- Senior Military Officer experience or equivalent senior executive-level defense experience
- Experience supporting office-level or enterprise-level policy and governance functions
- Experience with defense industrial base risk, critical dependencies, and supplier resilience
- Experience coordinating across multiple organizations with competing priorities
- Experience advising senior leaders on SCRM policy and governance matters
