Work you'll do
As a Consultant, in the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will:
- Support clients in improving manufacturing and supply chain operations to increase efficiency, flexibility, visibility, and responsiveness.
- Analyze production, quality, and material flow data to identify improvement opportunities across the manufacturing value chain.
- Help design and implement process, technology, and analytics solutions that improve traceability, decision-making, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with operations leaders, plant managers, and information technology teams to execute transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to recommendations that improve value chain performance and supply network outcomes.

The team

In this role, you will work with operations leaders, plant managers, and information technology teams to improve production efficiency, quality, visibility, and traceability across the manufacturing value chain.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or consulting
- Experience supporting process improvement or transformation initiatives
- Experience with enterprise resource planning, manufacturing execution systems, or digital operations tools
- Experience analyzing production, operations, quality, or supply chain data
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9 Solutions, or other supply chain technology platforms
- Experience in discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing, or consumer products
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with traceability, quality management, or shop floor digitization solutions
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methods
- Master's degree
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $91,100 to $179,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
