Work you'll do
As a Specialist Manager, Marketing on the GPS Marketing team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategic marketing plans that support business priorities and position Deloitte to compete in the government marketplace
- Planning, launching, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads, and evaluate return on investment
- Leading content strategy and supporting research- and data-informed content development aligned to business objectives
- Partnering with Government Sales and Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams to define target audiences, refine positioning, and activate paid and organic marketing programs
- Serving as a marketing advisor across a matrixed organization to prioritize initiatives and deliver against strategic business needs

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, English, or Public Relations
- 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, business marketing planning, and communications
- 4+ years of experience in the government professional services market
- 2+ years of experience working across cross-functional teams
- 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Experience developing and executing paid and organic marketing campaigns
- Experience building content strategies informed by research and performance data
- Experience supporting thought leadership initiatives, including white papers, events, and omnichannel campaigns
- Experience managing creative teams or agency partners
- Experience presenting campaign recommendations or results to senior leaders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,800 to $191,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
