Work You’ll Do
As the largest Moveworks delivery partner, Deloitte is at the center of how Fortune 500 organizations are deploying and expanding AI-powered employee experiences at scale. This role places you at the forefront of that growth, leading delivery across multiple high-visibility client engagements that span new implementations, use case expansions, and ongoing platform optimization.
As a Moveworks Manager, you will:
- Lead and oversee multiple concurrent Moveworks engagements, including new implementations, use case expansions, and platform optimization efforts, owning the end-to-end delivery lifecycle including scope management, budget tracking, resource allocation, timeline adherence, and risk mitigation.
- Manage and develop a team of consultants and senior consultants, providing day-to-day coaching, performance feedback, and career development guidance.
- Serve as the primary client relationship owner at the project level, building trusted advisor status with senior stakeholders across HR, IT, and Information Security.
- Drive the design and execution of Moveworks AI Assistant solutions by facilitating workshops, joint design sessions, and stakeholder reviews to align on user journeys, sprint priorities, and configuration decisions across knowledge management, conversational flows, enterprise search, and agentic AI capabilities.
- Lead the integration strategy for Moveworks with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, and other HRIS and ITSM systems, and configure and optimize AI agents, plugins, and integrations to automate employee support workflows.
- Establish and enforce delivery standards, templates, and quality checkpoints across all engagements to ensure repeatable, high-quality outcomes.
- Identify and escalate project risks, staffing gaps, and scope changes early, partnering with senior leadership to develop and execute contingency plans.
- Develop points of value and build business cases for clients to quantify the impact of AI-driven employee experience transformation efforts.
- Contribute to practice development and business development activities, including proposal support, scoping exercises, client presentations, methodology refinement, and knowledge sharing across the Moveworks team.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years of enterprise platform implementation experience (for example, Workday, ServiceNow, or similar), including hands-on configuration, system integration work with APIs (for example, REST or SOAP), testing, and deployment activities
- Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries or sectors you serve
- Limited Sponsorship: Limited Immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
- 3+ years of experience in client relationship management with experience engaging senior stakeholders (Director level and above)
- 3+ years of experience with solution architecture and system design for AI-driven employee experiences (for example, virtual assistants, automation, orchestration across HR and IT platforms)
- 3+ years of experience with Moveworks platform configuration, Agent Studio, or similar conversational AI platforms
- 3+ years of experience collaborating cross-functionally with HR, IT, Information Security, and platform teams to deliver technical solutions and drive issue resolution
- 3+ years of program management experience overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams
- 2+ years of experience designing and implementing HR shared service centers or employee service delivery transformation initiatives
- 2+ years of experience developing change management and adoption strategies for AI-powered employee tools
- 2+ years of experience managing consulting engagements or project teams, including responsibility for scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,800 - $241,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
