Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst on the project, you will:
- Design and build ServiceNow solutions as a developer, translating requirements into scalable configurations and custom development
- Own technical architecture decisions for assigned modules/applications, ensuring performance, maintainability, and alignment with platform best practices and governance
- Implement usability and accessibility standards within ServiceNow and guide the team on these practices
- Manage and support multi-environment delivery (Dev/QA/UAT/Prod), including packaging, versioning, and controlled promotion via Application Repository and approved manual updates
- Establish and enforce SDLC quality controls, including code reviews, unit/integration testing, ATF (Automated Test Framework) where applicable, and release readiness criteria
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and drive root-cause fixes with clear documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to refine requirements, estimate effort, and deliver on sprint/release commitments

Qualifications
Required:
- 6+ years of technical experience with ServiceNow as an architect or developer
- 1+ years of experience implementing usability best practices and accessibility standards within ServiceNow
- 1+ years of experience administering multiple environments and progressive promotion of solutions (Dev/QA/UAT/Prod) through application repository and manual updates
- Actively ServiceNow Application Developer certified
- Active Secret clearance required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to be on site 10% of the time in Arlington, VA
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Actively ServiceNow System Administrator certified
