Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant supporting creative operations on the Digital Foundry & Operations team, you will be responsible for:
- Owning the end-to-end creative workflow for a high-volume CRM account across email and direct mail campaigns, from brief intake through creative approval
- Managing creative timelines, review cycles, and task progress in Workfront, including daily standups and proactive follow-up to keep deliverables on track
- Coordinating pod capacity planning and resource assignments, identifying constraints, escalating blockers, and supporting contingency coverage for competing priorities and planned time off
- Leading creative quality assurance and readiness for handoff to campaign operations, including version control, file troubleshooting, and asset completeness
- Managing image licensing and applying knowledge of email and direct mail specifications and production best practices across deliverables

Our Digital Foundry & Operations works with the Customer group to bring a flexible capability and fluid capacity model to the delivery of small technology projects and enhancements.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience managing creative resources, workflows, and output in high-volume settings
- 5+ years of experience with email and direct mail creative development and deployment
- 5+ years of experience with project management platforms such as Workfront or Jira
- 5+ years of experience in an agency environment and working with hybrid onshore/offshore teams
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred
- Experience supporting CRM-focused creative operations across email and direct mail programs
- Experience managing concurrent deliverables, review cycles, and deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Experience with capacity planning, resource assignment, and workload balancing across teams
- Experience performing creative quality assurance, version control, and production handoff activities
- Experience managing image licensing, file troubleshooting, and asset readiness for deployment
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $150,000 to $155,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
