Senior Consultant, US Global Strategy
The US Global Strategy team is part of our Clients, Strategy, & Growth (CS&G) organization. The Clients, Strategy, & Growth organization is responsible for shaping and developing organization-wide strategies that enable businesses to lead and grow in dynamic markets, leveraging data-driven insights and deep industry specialization to anticipate disruption, spark innovation, and design strategies that create impact across clients, enterprises, functions, and ecosystems. Individuals perform these roles for the US Firms internally. The US Global Strategy team focuses on guiding the US Firms choices and decision making on global topics, aiding in building relationships across the network, and shaping key initiatives that will enhance our ability to seamlessly serve clients across borders.

Work you'll do
- Team focuses on defining the US point-of-view and priorities for high-impact global initiatives, through a variety of special projects
- Team explores questions such as:
- How can we foster collaboration with the UK to better serve our clients of mutual interest? What opportunities exist to grow market-focused relationships in the UK and elsewhere?
- How can we evolve our delivery center strategy to meet growing demand for resource support in the Asia-Pacific region?
- Where are the US Firm’s top clients concentrated globally? What resourcing strategies will enable us to most effectively serve these clients?
- How does the geopolitical/macroeconomic climate and professional services landscape impact potential investment opportunities in Latin America?

- Strong core consulting skills, including the ability to craft compelling storylines and client-ready deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel) that clearly convey insights and recommendations

Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelors’ Degree
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience
- Interest in global issues and opportunities preferred
- Ability to travel up to 10%, as needed, based on the work you do and the clients/industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,000 to $171,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
