Work you’ll do
As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s SAP practice, you will:
- Advise clients on how to use SAP EAM/PM to modernize asset management and maintenance operations, improve reliability and planning effectiveness, and support broader enterprise transformation initiatives
- Partner with client stakeholders to assess current-state maintenance and asset management processes, gather business requirements, and design future-state SAP EAM/PM solutions aligned to business objectives
- Configure and support SAP EAM/PM across core functional areas, including technical object master data, notifications, work orders, maintenance plans, task lists, measuring points and counters, refurbishment, calibration, permits, and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions across the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Drive integration design and issue resolution across SAP EAM/PM and adjacent modules such as MM, QM, PS, and EHS, helping clients enable efficient end-to-end maintenance and asset management processes
- Solve complex operational challenges by translating business requirements into practical, scalable SAP-enabled solutions and building strong client relationships through high-quality delivery
- Contribute to the growth of Deloitte’s SAP practice through knowledge sharing, mentoring junior team members, and supporting internal initiatives and business development efforts, as needed

Our teams work across complex, high-visibility engagements for leading companies across industries, helping clients modernize their core, improve process performance, and take advantage of capabilities in cloud, automation, analytics, AI, and machine learning. Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree plus 6 years of SAP, ERP, or consulting experience
- 5+ years of SAP consulting experience in a consulting firm, industry environment, or both supporting solution design and end-to-end delivery
- 3+ years of functional configuration experience with SAP EAM/PM
- Participation in 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations, including serving in a primary SAP EAM/PM role on 1+ implementation
- Experience configuring SAP EAM/PM across 3+ functional areas, such as technical objects, notifications, work orders, maintenance plans, task lists, measuring points/counters, refurbishment, calibration, permits, or linear asset management.
- 1+ year of hands-on functional experience in at least one SAP module outside of SAP EAM/PM, such as MM, QM, PS, EHS, or WM/EWM, including requirements gathering, configuration, and end-to-end testing
- Experience with 1+ SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or migration program
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of client service delivery experience at a Big Four or comparable consulting firm
- Participation in 1+ SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversion or greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation
- Experience with SAP Intelligent Asset Management and/or related mobile maintenance capabilities
- Experience with SAP Signavio
- Current SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA Asset Management / EAM / PM or a closely related SAP certification
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 to $198,400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
