Work You’ll Do
- Serves as a senior operational and strategic leader supporting client program initiatives, with a focus on Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP) or similar service delivery models.
- Responsible for driving alignment across program, financial, and operational functions to enable a cohesive operating model that enhances transparency, coordination, and overall program performance.
- Acts as a trusted advisor to client leadership, providing guidance on program operations, policy interpretation, and implementation strategies.
- Supports day-to-day program execution, issue resolution, and strategic planning while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
- Facilitates collaboration across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and partner organizations to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
- Leads key program activities, including stakeholder engagement, governance support, operational process improvement, and the development and delivery of training programs. Applies data-driven insights and industry leading practices to identify opportunities for program enhancement, improve service delivery, and strengthen program oversight. Contributes to the evolution of client programs by supporting policy analysis, operational transformation efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- 2+ years of experience within the following:
- Process Documentation,
- Process Optimization
