Work You’ll Do
- As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:
- Oversee ateam of 2–4 technical developers, including onshore and offshore practitioners.
- Provide technical direction and review for configurations and custom solutions supporting journeys, integrations, and data design.
- Coordinate across functional and technical practitioners to maintain momentum and delivery predictability.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and technical designs, ensuring traceability from need to build to validation.
- Drive strong engineering practices (peer reviews, design reviews, test coverage expectations, release readiness).
- Lead SFMC functionalvalidation to confirm delivered solutions meet business intent and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications
Required:
- Deep expertise of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Demonstrated advanced experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Connect integrations
- Expertise building and managing solutions in Journey Builder
- Skilled at SFMC functional validation, including testing and UAT support, at a mastery level
- Competence in project management in complex delivery environments at an advanced level
- Demonstrated proficiency leading small delivery teams (including offshore), assigning and managing work, and delivering to SDLC milestones with accountability for quality, timelines, and outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to be on-site 2 weeks/month in Lexington, KY
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Mastery in technical documentation
- Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics and optimization
- Highly skilled in marketing automation
- Proficient in Marketing Cloud Predictive Intelligence
- Competence in Quality Assessment Review (QAR)
