Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst on the project, you will:
- Develop and execute test strategies and test plans for Salesforce releases, ensuring coverage across functional, regression, integration, and performance/stability needs
- Validate requirements and translate them into testable scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria with clear outcomes
- Execute testing across Salesforce capabilities (e.g., configuration, customizations, security/sharing, workflows, reports/dashboards) and document results
- Perform conversion data testing: reconcile source-to-target counts and totals, validate field mappings and transformations, and confirm data quality for downstream reporting and operational use
- Conduct API testing to validate integrations and conversion-related interfaces, including data integrity, error handling, and end-to-end processing
- Manage defects end to end: log issues with strong reproduction steps and evidence, support triage and prioritization, partner with developers to troubleshoot root causes, and verify fixes through retest to closure

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree
- Testing &Traceability experience - maintain traceability from requirements → test cases → defects → release validation
- Agile Testing experience- embed QA into sprint delivery with risk-based planning and definition-of-done alignment
- API Testing experience - validate payloads, response handling, data integrity, and error scenarios for integrations/conversion services
- Strong Salesforce testing knowledge across configuration/customization and platform behavior impacting usability and stability
- Conversion/data quality testing capability (e.g., reconciliations, completeness/accuracy checks, transformation validation) for migrated datasets
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Federal program experience (case practice workflows, confidentiality considerations, audit needs, and reporting requirements)
- Experience supporting data conversion cutover activities (mock conversions, defect burn-down, go/no-go readiness).
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting/dashboards validation to confirm post-conversion operational and leadership reporting accuracy
