Work You’ll Do
As a Seller Journey Lead Specialist, you will play a hands-on role in analyzing processes, supporting business requirements, and advancing the adoption of unified sales solutions across GPS and Commercial pursuits. You will coordinate cross-functional business requirement identification, analyze processes and assist with technical requirements/outcomes, and work collaboratively with business, compliance, and technology stakeholders. You’ll empower teams to achieve measurable impact—boosting proposal quality, driving innovation, and advancing a culture that values initiative, continuous improvement, and diverse perspectives. Other responsibilities include:
- Supporting process mapping and assessment of GPS sales and pursuit activities (L0 to L4)
- Assisting in discovery and evaluation of GenAI and agentic AI solutions (e.g., Solution Builder, GIA, Salesforce Agentspace)
- Gathering business requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate and document technical and business needs
- Contributing to delivering user stories, wireframes, and process flows for technical teams
- Supporting change management, training, and stakeholder integration activities

Qualifications
Required:
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in business, operations, consulting, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in sales operations and/or sales enablement
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience with digital sales tools and/or GenAI applications with enterprise collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), including supporting or organizing virtual events and enablement forums.
- 2+ years of experience measuring outcomes, capturing feedback, and driving continuous improvement in technology or AI-enabled processes.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or any time in the future
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Experience leading proposal development or serving as a content owner for complex, high-value pursuits—ideally in Government and Public Service space.
- Background overseeing government or public sector client work (federal, state, or local), with an established knowledge of public sector compliance, procurement, and proposal best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and coordinate with groups such as business, legal, compliance, technology, and vendors to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable adoption of new solutions.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of synthesizing and presenting complex information to both technical and executive audiences.
- Knowledge of organizational change management, analyzing processes and frameworks, project management, and developing end-to-end business process design
- Experience deploying or enabling GenAI solutions for proposal automation, content transformation, or knowledge management at scale in large or highly matrixed organizations.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $163,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
