Work You’ll Do
- This role leads end-to-end onboarding efforts, including requirements gathering, solution design, connector configuration, workflow development, and deployment. The developer performs detailed entitlement analysis, access mapping, and attribute modeling to ensure applications are accurately represented within the IAM ecosystem. They configure and validate provisioning, deprovisioning, certification, and lifecycle event processes while troubleshooting advanced issues related to connectivity, schema discovery, and rule execution. The position requires close collaboration with application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure integrations meet functional, security, and compliance standards.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Ability to travel 15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- 2+ years expertise within the following:
- SailPoint IIQ
- Strong development skills in Java and Beanshell
- Solid understanding of IAM principles, governance models, and enterprise security requirements.
