Work You’ll Do
As an SAP SuccessFactors RCM Consultant, you will support implementation and configuration activities for state and local government clients. You will configure SuccessFactors RCM and RMK modules to address business requirements specific to public sector HR operations, including Job Requisition, JPB, Job Applications, Candidate Profile, Offer, and integration between EC and ONB. Your responsibilities will include participating in client workshops and strategy sessions to gather configuration requirements and ensure alignment with future-state process goals. You will support system testing, validation, and issue resolution in collaboration with functional leads and client representatives. Additionally, you will maintain up-to-date knowledge of SuccessFactors capabilities, public sector HR compliance, and configuration best practices. Creating and maintaining system documentation, as well as contributing to knowledge transfer and system training activities, will also be key aspects of your role.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- SAP SuccessFactors RCM and RMK Certification (Associate or Professional level) required
- 3+ years of direct configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM and RMK
- Familiarity with government HR structures, policies, and reporting needs
- Hands-on involvement in at least 3–4 full-cycle implementations, ideally including state or local government environments
Preferred:
- Additional certifications in other SuccessFactors
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,200.00 to $155,400.00.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
