Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
- Serve as the SAP S/4 Customer Management and SD Functional expert throughout the CRM to S/4HANA migration lifecycle.
- Analyze, map, and model customer management-related business processes in the context of S/4HANA best practices.
- Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, functional configuration, integration, and testing, with close attention to CRM and SD/MM integration points.
- Work closely with client stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to ensure seamless transition and data integrity during migration.
- Lead and/or participate in project workshops, documentation, and deliverable preparation.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM), including solution architecture, business process design, and functional configuration.
- 5+ years of direct experience with SAP SD/MM integration, focusing on order-to-cash, materials management, and logistics processes.
- 5+ years of overall SAP experience, covering system integrations, migrations, and full-lifecycle implementations.
- 2+ years of recent experience with SAP S/4HANA projects—preferably including a major system migration, upgrade, or greenfield implementation.
