Work you’ll do
As a Specialist Master you will:
- Manage client relationships with excellent written and oral communication
- Coordinate global teams to seamlessly execute ongoing client upgrades, enhancements and project support needs
- Be a SME within SAP BRIM, coaching and developing more junior team members in your area of expertise
- Promote and foster collaboration between SAP with our AMS practice and across Deloitte
- Promote an effective forum for sharing SAP expertise
The team
Our managed services focuses on on-going operations and maintenance of the SAP platform, including design and implementation of system enhancements and new product features as well as testing and deploying periodic SAP upgrades. Professionals have hands-on access and exposure to the latest technologies and thought leaders.
We act as an extension to client’s organizations by bringing deep capabilities in advising, maintaining and enhancing technologies to serve alongside client teams to deliver insights across flexible economic models that align cost to consumption, delivery to realized outcomes and engagement accountability to a truly collaborative partnership.

We work with clients who want to improve their ability to react on digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Applications include SAP S/4HANA and Cloud (Hybris, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud).
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- 11+ years' experience working in FI-CA covering areas of master data, transactional postings, and payment run
- 6+ years of BRIM experience
- Experience with payment run including the ability to execute and review logs
- Experience with Convergent Invoicing (BITs) including Provider Contract, Billable Item management, and Consumption Item management
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel up to 25%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Experience with BP, CA - Ability to display, review, including custom fields and payment run settings on master data, including locks
- Experience with interfaces connected to BRIM, monitoring, and issue resolution
- Experience with receivables clearing and applying locks, downloading of run logs, and the extraction of data from database tables for validation
- Transactional data experience including an understanding of BITs(CI), FI-CA postings, account determination, and posting areas. An ability to execute account display, view reconciliation keys, and an understanding of their transfer to GL
- SAP ASAP & Agile methodology frameworks and related business processes
- Experience with developing eminence, thought ware and point-of-view materials
- S/ 4 HANA
- Master’s degree

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $124,700 - $229,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
