Work you’ll do
Deloitte Digital offers services that enable client solutions using digital technologies, including the Web, Mobile, Social Networking, Digital Strategy, Digital Content and Digital ERP, with a growing focus on AI-powered commerce and automation. The Digital Web team works with clients to advise, design, implement and deploy AI-enabled CPQ solutions. Our CPQ capabilities combine deep configuration expertise with Generative AI and intelligent automation to give clients self-service, no-touch Configure, Price, Quote capabilities that remove friction from the Quote-To-Order and Lead-To-Cash processes and replace manual exception-handling with automated, rules- and AI-driven decisioning.
You are the soothsayer. You have gazed into the future of our clients' businesses, and you see a clear path to success built on intelligent, AI-driven configuration and commerce. You understand what it takes to make complex SAP CPQ solutions happen, how to automate the manual steps out of quote-to-cash, and you'll have a firm hand on the controls every step of the way.
- Act as a lead on client projects and for junior staff, championing AI-driven and automation-first approaches to CPQ delivery.
- Help define business requirements and process design (including scenario design and flow mapping), identifying opportunities to automate manual configuration, pricing, and approval workflows with AI and intelligent automation.
- Create functional designs, prototyping test planning and execution, training coordination, and documentation of operational support procedures for AI-enabled configuration and commerce capabilities.
- Help clients define forward-looking business strategies related to digital transformation, including the adoption of Generative AI, agentic automation, and intelligent commerce platforms.
The Team
Deloitte's Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team creates content and experiences that inspire action. We design and implement AI-powered technology platforms for personalized marketing and intelligent commerce across all digital touchpoints, specializing in customer-centric B2B and B2C solutions. Our in-house agency engages customers throughout their journey, working on projects like AdTech, MarTech, campaign automation, CRM, intelligent configuration and pricing, and lead-to-loyalty orchestration. Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- 2+ years of experience working with a major CPQ technology vendor solution, preferably SAP CPQ (Callidus/CallidusCloud) or SAP Commerce Cloud CPQ, including exposure to AI-assisted configuration or automation features
- Bachelor's Degree, advanced degree preferred
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Interest in or exposure to applying Generative AI and intelligent automation to configuration, pricing, and quote-to-cash processes
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred
- Proven experience building CPQ and lead-to-cash solutions, ideally incorporating AI-driven guided selling or automated deal desk capabilities
- Good understanding of Quote-To-Order and Lead-To-Cash processes
- Good understanding of product structures (made to stock, made to order), configurations, product pricing and quote management
- Hands-on experience with CPQ configuration including organization, market, currency, simple and configurable products, attributes, compatibility rules, pricing, quote design, proposal documents, and scripting extensions, with exposure to AI-assisted or rules-based automation of configuration logic
- Experience with software development, scripting, and automation technologies, e.g., Python, .NET, UI5 framework, SQL, and low-code/no-code or RPA tooling
- An understanding of information architecture related to sales, dealer or customer experience and usability design techniques, and an interest in applying Generative AI and intelligent automation to streamline configuration and commerce workflows
- Familiarity with AI-powered commerce and CPQ capabilities (e.g., SAP Business AI, generative product recommendations, intelligent guided selling) and automation platforms such as RPA or workflow orchestration tools
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 – $218,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
