We offer comprehensive end-to-end support and advisory services, covering areas such as valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. The team works closely with clients at every stage of their journey, helping them navigate challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and implement practical solutions before, during, and after major transformational projects or transactions creating lasting impact.

Are you passionate about helping clients design, build and deploy solutions which transform their organization and their asset management function? As trusted advisors to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and other key executives, we advise, implement, and deliver as-a-service solutions that enhance asset management capabilities.  Join our team of Maximo and asset management technology professionals, where industry expertise, innovation, technical skills and specialized knowledge come together to empower clients to amplify the value of their technology investments.

Recruiting for this role will end 03/13/26.

Work you’ll do

As a Senior Consultant you will:

  • Own the Maximo product strategy for a large-scale, multi-year IBM Maximo / IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) program, including scope, value cases, roadmap, and release planning across modules
  • Partner with business and operations leaders to define and operationalize success measures and KPIs (e.g., schedule compliance, backlog health, preventive maintenance completion, wrench time, mean time to repair/mean time between failures where applicable)
  • Lead end-to-end process design and continuous improvement across the work lifecycle (request intake, triage, approval, planning, scheduling, execution, completion, and closeout), ensuring operational feasibility and compliance
  • Translate operational needs into Maximo capabilities, including configuration requirements, automation opportunities, integration needs, and data standards; maintain clear functional direction through delivery and sustainment
  • Own and manage the product backlog, including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and release readiness; coordinate dependencies across business, IT, and delivery teams
  • Facilitate workshops and ceremonies (discovery, design, prioritization, refinement) and actively participate/support agile delivery events (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Drive SIT/UAT readiness and execution, partnering with technical teams and business testers to validate solutions, resolve defects, and confirm business outcomes
  • Incorporate mobile execution considerations (technician experience, offline/online needs, usability) into process and solution design to improve adoption and productivity
  • Lead enablement, training, and adoption, including developing training materials and delivering end-user and administrator trainings; support change efforts to drive sustained usage
  • Strengthen data quality and reporting by defining data standards, supporting governance, and enabling dashboards/insights to inform operational decisions and continuous improvement
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, from frontline users to executive stakeholders, producing high-quality artifacts (process flows, decision logs, status, and presentations) that drive alignment and decisions
