Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
The R&D / Project Testing Functional QA Senior Consultant will lead support project-level testing across an R&D portfolio and Commercial portfolio. High-priority systems include TrackWise Digital (QMS), ALVIS (validation lifecycle), GCSDW (Oracle LSH), Global Publishing System, CREDO, Eclipse Coding Tool, eWriter, Veeva Vault Clinical, PRISM, and DocXellent. The role also covers Commercial applications including Veeva InGenius CRM. The candidate should be comfortable testing across regulatory submissions, clinical data, document lifecycle, and quality system workflows in a GxP-regulated environment. Operate as the onsite testing resource embedded with R&D and Commercial project teams, serving as the primary contact for testing coordination, status, and issue management. Execute functional and validation test cases across SIT, UAT, and PQ phases for regulatory (GPS, PRISM, CREDO), clinical (GCSDW, Veeva Vault Clinical, Eclipse), quality (TrackWise Digital), and commercial (Veeva InGenius) applications. Perform requirement analysis and support test scenario design in alignment with CSA/FRA methodology and risk categorization. Coordinate UAT activities end-to-end — scheduling, business tester alignment, entry/exit readiness, and stakeholder sign-off. Prepare and communicate testing status, defect summaries, and release readiness reports to project managers and business stakeholders. Manage defect lifecycle through full cycle — logging, triage, resolution tracking, and closure confirmation. Proactively escalate testing risks, blockers, and scope concerns to delivery leadership. Operate within ALVIS for test planning, execution tracking, and evidence management. The successful candidate would possess these skills:

Qualifications Required
- 5+ years of executing functional and validation test cases across SIT, UAT, and PQ phases for regulatory (GPS, PRISM, CREDO), clinical (GCSDW, Veeva Vault Clinical, Eclipse), quality (TrackWise Digital), and commercial (Veeva InGenius) applications.
- Perform requirement analysis and support test scenario design in alignment with CSA/FRA methodology and risk categorization.

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information technology, business, or healthcare related field; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $120,200 - $145,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
