Work You’ll Do
As a Project - Manager, Functional Transformation on the Government & Public Services team, you will be responsible for:
- Serving as a primary point of contact across discovery, development, testing, and deployment activities for HR ServiceNow applications
- Meeting directly with stakeholders to document pain points, business requirements, and user needs
- Coordinating with the HR technology director and development team to scope, build, and implement HR services
- Supporting Agile delivery activities, including backlog refinement, requirements documentation, test coordination, and issue tracking
- Helping drive delivery quality by managing application changes, validating requirements, and supporting deployment readiness

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- 1+ years of experience with Agile to include discovery, requirements sessions with clients, testing, and creating JIRAs
- Ability to work onsite 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA
Preferred:
- 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow
