Deloitte is seeking a PROJECT - Senior Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation / Cyber Solutions Integrator to lead cyber solutions integration across a large-scale enterprise program focused on modernizing technology delivery for a government client. This role will drive the integration of cybersecurity, infrastructure, applications, cloud-enabled platforms, and operational processes across multiple workstreams to enable secure, scalable, and mission-aligned outcomes. The leader will serve as a key connector across program leadership, engineering teams, cybersecurity stakeholders, and client counterparts to translate mission needs into executable delivery plans, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure modernization efforts are implemented in a coordinated and sustainable manner. The ideal candidate brings experience leading enterprise integration in complex government environments, modernizing legacy delivery models, and driving secure implementation across large, multi-stakeholder programs.

Work You’ll Do

As a PROJECT - Senior Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Government & Public Services (GPS) Cyber Strategy & Transformation team. The Cyber Solutions Integrator will support a government client’s enterprise modernization effort by aligning cyber, infrastructure, systems, and service delivery capabilities across a large and complex program environment. This role will work across technical and functional teams to integrate secure solutions, modernize delivery approaches, and enable execution across enterprise and operational environments. The ideal candidate combines strong technical and program judgment with the ability to coordinate stakeholders, manage cross-workstream dependencies, and support delivery from planning through transition and sustainment.

  • Leading integration of cybersecurity, infrastructure, applications, operations, and service delivery workstreams across a large-scale enterprise modernization program
  • Translating mission, operational, and technical requirements into implementation roadmaps, delivery plans, and coordinated execution activities
  • Managing cross-workstream dependencies, technical risks, integration issues, and decision points across the program lifecycle
  • Guiding modernization efforts across enterprise infrastructure, networking, virtualization, cloud or hybrid cloud platforms, cybersecurity controls, and platform interoperability
  • Supporting implementation, transition, testing, readiness, sustainment, governance, and continuous improvement activities across enterprise environments

The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Information Systems
  • 10+ years of experience in systems integration, technology delivery, cyber program leadership, or enterprise modernization
  • 5+ years of experience with the following:
    • Leading cross-functional engineering, cybersecurity, or enterprise delivery teams
    • Supporting or leading large-scale system implementation, modernization, or integration programs across multiple workstreams
    • Managing program execution in government, defense, or other mission-driven environments
    • Experience with Agile delivery, release planning, backlog management, program governance, and dependency management across complex programs
    • Integrating cybersecurity requirements into enterprise technology delivery, modernization, or transformation efforts
  • Active Secret security clearance is required
  • Ability to travel 15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred: 

  • Experience leading cyber solutions integration across large-scale enterprise programs for government clients
  • Experience modernizing delivery models, operating processes, or enterprise platforms in support of mission outcomes
  • Experience with enterprise architecture, systems engineering, infrastructure modernization, and platform integration initiatives
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as Citrix, VMware, Nutanix, or similar platforms
  • Experience with network engineering, secure communications, cross-domain solutions, data center operations, or hybrid cloud environments
  • Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and requirements, including RMF, Zero Trust, STIG implementation, security hardening, and compliance support
  • Experience supporting integrated program planning, schedules, executive reporting, risk management, operational readiness, and transition planning
  • Experience coordinating across government stakeholders, technical leads, cybersecurity teams, and program leadership in highly governed environments
  • Relevant certifications such as Security+, CISSP, PMP, ITIL, CCNA/CCNP, VMware, Citrix, or similar
  • Experience leading enterprise integration efforts, major workstreams, or technical task execution within large, complex programs
