As a Manager of Strategy & Growth on the Government & Public Services defense policy and mission capability team, you will be responsible for…
- Analyzing operational, contractual, and programmatic activities to support policy development, resource allocation, and leadership decision-making
- Supporting the development, review, and improvement of policy, regulation, governance, and execution guidance for OCS, VTM, and/or PSC programs
- Conducting research, assessments, and data analysis to evaluate program effectiveness, identify gaps, and support compliance with policy and governance standards
- Drafting policy documents, briefings, talking points, and other decision-support materials for senior leadership and interagency stakeholders
- Coordinating across organizations to support capability development, governance activities, and enterprise-wide performance monitoring tied to OCS, VTM, and/or PSC implementation

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of experience, or master's degree plus 3+ years of experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active Top Secret clearance
- Ability to work on-site in Alexandria up to 5 days a week
- 3+ years of experience in defense acquisition processes, industrial base, counter-threat, vetting, private security contracting, OCS, VTM, and/or PSC
- 3+ years of experience researching, evaluating, interpreting, and translating operational and policy data into talking points and briefings for senior leadership
Preferred:
- Experience drafting materials for briefing senior leadership, organizational stakeholders, or key leader engagements
- Experience supporting VTM, OCS, and/or PSC programs
- Experience writing policy documents or guidance within federal or DoW regulatory frameworks
- Experience performing data analysis or governance support in a defense or logistics environment
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Virginia, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,500 to $229,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
