Work You'll Do
As a Project - Manager on the team, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and managing internal and external taskers across multiple offices and internal workstreams
- Tracking, monitoring, and facilitating completion of CATMS taskers and other leadership-directed actions
- Routing taskers to the appropriate stakeholders, maintaining accountability, and ensuring timely execution against suspense dates
- Consolidating inputs and responses from multiple offices to support accurate, complete, and timely task resolution
- Providing leadership with clear visibility into task status, risks, bottlenecks, and required follow-up actions
- Supporting day-to-day operational coordination and task management in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment

Qualifications
Required:
- 15+ years of experience supporting business operations for the federal defense clients
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Arlington, VA
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
