The Production Producer at Deloitte University is a critical member of the event production team, responsible for translating creative direction and executive vision into flawlessly executed live, virtual, and hybrid events. The Production Producer manages the day-to-day coordination of A/V production operations, ensures technical systems are show-ready, and supports every aspect of event staging—from initial planning through live execution and wrap-up. This role is ideal for a technically skilled, detail-oriented team player passionate about the art and science of event production.

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the setup, testing, operation, and strike of all audio, video, lighting, staging, and streaming resources.
- Implement technical plans and cue sheets developed in partnership with the Executive Producer.
- Serve as a show-caller, stage manager, or technical lead for assigned segments of events.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain A/V equipment (cameras, switchers, projectors, soundboards, etc.) during live, hybrid, and virtual events.
- Conduct pre-event technical rehearsals and run-throughs with speakers, presenters, and technical staff.
- Ensure all technical elements are properly integrated and ready for live activation.
- Liaise closely with clients, presenters, and vendors to communicate technical needs and event requirements.
- Direct and oversee technical crew, vendors, and freelancers as assigned.
- Work in close collaboration with creative, logistical, IT teams, and MES (Meeting Event Services) to ensure seamless event flow and timely resolution of issues.
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to process improvements and production best practices.
- Maintain detailed records of event setups, technical cues, production assets, and post-event summaries.
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in live, hybrid, or broadcast event production (corporate, agency, educational, or entertainment sector).
- 4+ years in setup, operation, and troubleshooting of A/V production systems: cameras, switchers, microphones, mixing consoles, lighting, projection, live streaming.
- 4+ years supporting executive-level or high-visibility events.
- Must be local to Dallas, TX and this role will require availability and delivery that aligns to the program schedule across a 7-day week (weekends included based on business needs).
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Audio/Visual Production, Media Technology, Communications, or related field
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be able to start by March 2, 2026
