Position Summary

Product Owner -Project Delivery Senior Analyst – AI & Engineering

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities  

A seasoned Product Owner with excellent communication and client facing skills; Experience in Agile-DevOps / Agile-Scrum practice. Lead discovery session with the client and convert those into required documents and stories. Good understanding of tools like JIRA, Confluence for planning. Good technical skills for Java solutioning and architecture discussions. This resource will be the Product Owner in a client facing role for a new team that will primarily be offshore.

 

  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

Our flexible delivery models—traditional teams, pools, or pods—are tailored to each client’s needs, offering engineering-led advisory, implementation, and operational capabilities to accelerate innovation.

 

Qualifications

 Required

  • 6+ Years Experience as a Seasoned Product Owner with excellent communication and client facing skills
  • 6+ Years Good technical skills for Java solutioning and architecture discussions.
  • 6+ Years Experience in Agile-DevOps / Agile-Scrum / SAFe
  • 6+ Years Experience with Java Springboot/Swing
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

  • Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
  • Excellent Written and Communication Skills
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
