Work you'll do
As an SDET II on the Sales and Service team, you will be responsible for…
- Execute testing activities across implementation, maintenance, and application development efforts
- Create, run, and document test cases, test results, and defects
- Support defect triage, retesting, and resolution tracking
- Contribute to project deliverables, status reporting, and quality reviews

Our Sales & Service offering designs and implements sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures required to bring customer strategies to life.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or another technical field
- 1+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or software development
- 1+ years of experience working in a Salesforce application environment
- 1+ years of experience creating and executing test cases and documenting defects
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
- 1+ years of experience supporting public sector or government technology programs
- Experience with test management or defect tracking tools
- Experience supporting system implementation, maintenance, or modernization programs
