As a Senior Manager, Solution Management on the Oracle team, you will be responsible for…
- Lead the delivery of large, complex Oracle programs and solutions, ensuring alignment to client business objectives, technology strategy, scope, timeline, quality, and expected outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and senior point of contact for client executives, translating business priorities into practical Oracle solution and delivery strategies.
- Establish program direction, delivery approach, governance, milestones, and integrated plans across business, functional, technical, data, integration, testing, and change workstreams.
- Guide the design and implementation of Oracle solutions, including Oracle Cloud, ERP, finance, supply chain, human capital, enterprise performance, or related technology capabilities, based on the engagement’s requirements.
- Lead teams of consulting professionals, solution architects, functional specialists, and delivery partners; assign responsibilities, develop talent, and foster a high-performing team culture.
- Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, resources, quality controls, and delivery economics; escalate matters appropriately and drive timely resolution.
- Oversee solution integration with the broader enterprise technology landscape, including data, interfaces, legacy applications, cloud platforms, and other packaged technologies.
- Coordinate with Oracle stakeholders and alliance teams, as appropriate, to support solution alignment, product direction, issue resolution, and successful client outcomes. Deloitte’s Oracle practice emphasizes deep implementation experience and collaboration with Oracle across solution development and delivery.
- Support business development activities, including opportunity shaping, solutioning, estimates, proposals, client presentations, and development of reusable Oracle offerings.
- Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership, market development, coaching, recruiting, and development of Oracle capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for process, productivity, and systems improvement across programs and delivery teams

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- 10+ years’ experience leading Oracle implementation, transformation, modernization, managed services or technology enablement
- 10+ years’ experience translating business requirements into Oracle-enabled solutions and coordinating across functional and technical workstreams
- 5+ years’ experience managing program scope, delivery approach, integrated plans, resources, risks, dependencies, quality, and stakeholder communications
- 5+ years’ experience translating business requirements into Oracle-enabled solutions and coordinating across functional and technical workstreams
- 5+ years leading and developing multidisciplinary teams, including geographically distributed teams and delivery partners
- Ability to travel 0-30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Master’s degree
- Project Management Professional certification
- Experience serving government, public sector, or higher education clients
- Experience establishing program governance and reporting structures
- Experience supporting business development, proposals, or statement of work development
