Work You’ll Do
As an Oracle Senior Manger you will drive technology-enabled business change across the Life Sciences industry. You will lead large-scale ERP-enabled transformations, building and running Transformation Offices that integrate change, value realization, and governance, while engaging executive stakeholders and embedding GenAI-enabled innovation into delivery.

For our clients, our Oracle Cloud Senior Managers reduce cost and support innovation at the enterprise level by managing business requirements and leading the functional design, prototyping and process design stages of Oracle Cloud implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end, Oracle-enabled transformations across Finance and Supply Chain—from strategy and design through execution, cutover, and sustained enterprise adoption.
- Establish and run Transformation Offices, including governance cadence, decision rights, value tracking, change leadership, readiness criteria, operating model design, and cross-workstream alignment.
- Advise and partner with executive and C-suite stakeholders to shape the transformation vision and narrative, activate leaders, and drive accountability for outcomes at scale.
- Define and execute enterprise adoption strategies, including stakeholder segmentation, readiness frameworks, activation plans, localization approaches, and deployment playbooks.
- Embed innovation into delivery, leveraging practical GenAI use cases to improve speed and effectiveness.
- Lead complex global design and transformation workshops; develop repeatable methods and facilitation approaches that scale across functions, regions, and waves.

Qualifications
Required:
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise change management for Life Sciences transformations (BioTech, MedTech, Pharma), driving measurable adoption and value realization.
- Proven ability to design and execute integrated change strategies aligned to program governance and delivery.
- Experience partnering with executive sponsors and C-suite leaders, providing clear progress reporting, risk/issue escalation, and decision support.
- Delivery leadership across large, cross-functional programs with integrated plan management.
- 7–10+ years of people leadership, building and scaling high-performing transformation teams.
- Ability to travel 50% on average, based on client and project needs.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Change, Business, Healthcare/Health Policy, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Proven track record embedding GenAI-enabled capabilities into change delivery with strong governance, risk controls, and measurable cycle-time/quality improvements.
- Experience leading global Oracle-enabled transformations with enterprise readiness at scale, including multi-country rollout planning, localization, and adoption measurements across regions.
- Demonstrated pursuit and sales impact in Life Sciences, including pipeline shaping, opportunity origination/support, proposal leadership, and executive storytelling.
- Thought leadership and business development tailored to Oracle Life Sciences programs.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $158,900 - $292,900.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
