Enterprise Operations as a Service provides multi-year managed service contracts to support enterprise technology investments and key business processes. We ensure continuous modernization and transformative business changes through five key services: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, and Finance Operations. Work You'll Do

As a Manager, you will lead and deliver Operate (AMS) engagements by transitioning, stabilizing, and maintaining a steady state of operations for large and medium-sized companies.
Illustrative activities include:
  • Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues.
  • Determine and anticipate client needs by supplementing the standard services with innovative approaches and continuous risk management
  • Work closely with Account leadership
  • Define recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement.
  • Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables by effectively managing the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.
  • Participate in the development, pricing, and presentation of proposals.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop team members.
Qualifications

Required
  • 10 + years Oracle experience
  • Delivery Management experience in Managed Services
  • 3 + years Delivery Management experience
  • Experience with ERP Operations and associated Boundary Applications
  • Managed support engagements with Oracle ERP clients
  • Experience in proposal development such as sizing for Oracle ERP and associated boundary applications operational models
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel up to 25% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred 
  • Oracle certification
  • PMP, CSM or Scaled Agil certification
  • Experience in multi-technology and multi-application environment
  • Experience in support roles in a multi- technology environment (ex. ERP, Reporting and Business Intelligence, CRM, Database Administration, SOA and B2B)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $124,700 - $207,800.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
