Position Summary

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities  

As a Project Delivery Specialist (PDS) at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed.

The NetSuite POD Lead Support role is responsible for overseeing and delivering advanced support for NetSuite ERP operations within a client-focused support POD (team). This position manages incident escalation, provides expertise in system troubleshooting and functional issue resolution, and acts as a key point of contact between business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors. The role ensures adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), leads root cause analysis, and drives operational improvements and successful case resolution. The POD Lead also mentors junior support staff, maintains documentation, and helps coordinate system updates and enhancements.

  • Lead a POD of support specialists providing advanced operational and functional support for NetSuite ERP.
  • Manage escalation of incidents, prioritize support cases, and ensure timely resolution aligned with SLAs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex NetSuite issues related to transactions, workflows, integrations, and system configuration.
  • Coordinate with technical teams, business users, and external vendors for holistic issue resolution.
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
  • Document processes, resolutions, FAQs, and best practices to enable knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor, train, and guide junior team members within the POD.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP experience in a support, administration, or functional analyst role
  • In-depth understanding of NetSuite modules (such as Finance, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, etc.)
  • Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving complex NetSuite operational and integration issues
  • Strong knowledge of incident response, problem management, and root cause analysis
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

  • NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification
  • Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
  • Excellent Written and Communication Skills
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
