Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:
- Provide high-level, personalized support to maximize effectiveness of the Office of General Counsel (OGC) as a strategic partner and “chief of staff” to one or more senior legal executives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by operating with strict confidentiality, sound judgment, and discretion, and by anticipating needs across sensitive legal matters and privileged communications.
- Manage complex calendar and travel coordination in collaboration with a Specialized Service Coordinator, ensuring seamless arrangements aligned to legal, security, and compliance requirements.
- Engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., business leaders, outside counsel, regulators, and vendors) on behalf of OGC leadership, facilitating key relationships while protecting attorney-client privilege and reinforcing the organization’s standards.
- Provide strategic assistance by preparing and quality-checking critical materials (e.g., briefings, meeting packs, trackers, and status updates), coordinating approvals, and driving progress on high-priority legal and risk initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities and deadlines, and deliver proactive, solutions-oriented counsel in a fast-paced legal environment.

The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- 3+ years of experience in Public Policy Analysis, Project Coordination, Policy Administration, Project Management or Case Management in a government legal setting
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 5 days per week in McLean, VA
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Proficiency in legal research databases.
- Experience in legal policy review.
- Experience preparing memoranda, reports, and legal documents.
