Monitor Engineer -Project Delivery Manager – AI & Engineering

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
Monitor ticket queue and assigned service requests for mobility systems in a large enterprise environment. You will work closely with key business stakeholders to support the following key activities:
- Ensure adherence to monitoring and observability architecture standards, platform roadmaps, and operational governance.
- Follow established change and release management practices for monitoring configurations, agent deployments, alert tuning, and dashboard updates.
- Complete service requests, ensuring accurate execution, documentation, and closure within defined SLAs.
- Complete Jira support tickets including monitoring enhancements, alert remediation, and stakeholder-requested updates.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for incidents, including triage, root cause analysis, and coordination with infrastructure and application teams.
- Maintain and optimize monitoring coverage for infrastructure and applications by validating signal quality, reducing alert noise, and improving actionable alerting.
- Document monitoring procedures, configuration standards, escalation paths, and incident resolutions for internal knowledge sharing.
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

Includes design of the cyber organization, governance, and risk assessments.
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ Years’ experience as a Monitoring Engineer / Production Support Engineer in a 24x7 enterprise environment
- 3+ Years’ Hands-on experience ensuring adherence to architecture standards and technology roadmaps
- 3+ Years’ Proven experience working incident, service request, and support ticket queues end-to-end
- 3+ Years’ Experience with change and release management processes (risk/impact, approvals, implementation, validation, backout)
- 3+ Years’ Experience supporting work intake and execution via Jira (triage, assignment, updates, closure notes)
- Demonstrated ability to perform advanced troubleshooting during incidents and drive restoration
- 2+ Years Dynatrace; Prometheus; Grafana (dashboards, alerting, investigation workflows)
- 2+ Years Kafka (monitoring brokers/topics/consumer lag and related health indicators)
- 2+ Years basic Java and Python (basic to intermediate capability to support integrations, tooling, or diagnostics)
- 2+ Years basic Ansible (deployments, configuration, repeatable operational tasks)
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
