Work You’ll Do
As a Project - Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Deloitte Strategy, Growth, and Transformation team, you will be responsible for…
- Leading strategy and transformation workstreams from planning through execution
- Developing analyses, presentations, and recommendations for business and leadership stakeholders
- Managing project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across multiple activities
- Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to align decisions, actions, and deliverables
- Supporting implementation of growth and transformation initiatives in an onsite environment

The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, program management, or business operations
- 3+ years of experience leading project workstreams, project plans, and stakeholder deliverables
- Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word in a business environment
- Active Top Secret security clearance required with eligibility to obtain a SCI
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
