Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
Work on assigned mobility and collaboration projects (i.e. Microsoft Teams, Workspace One) to help integrate enterprise applications on mobile devices (Android, Zebra). You will work closely with key business stakeholders to support the following key activities:
- Provide incident support for mobility solutions across retail and non-retail environments, ensuring timely restoration of service and adherence to SLAs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting mobile devices, peripherals, and mobility management platforms, coordinating with network, security, and endpoint teams as needed.
- Support ongoing mobility rollouts in retail stores and office locations, including deployment planning, staging, enrollment, validation, and post-deployment stabilization.
- Assist in automation of deployment and operational tasks to improve rollout speed, consistency, and repeatability.
- Perform design and build activities for large mobility initiatives, including configuration baselines, profiles, policies, and device standards.
- Support and administer Workspace ONE, including device enrollment workflows, app distribution, compliance policies, and remote troubleshooting actions.
- Provide support for Samsung phones and tablets, including configuration, connectivity troubleshooting, and remediation of device-specific issues.
- Support Zebra hardware including TC devices, mobile printers, and tablets, ensuring device readiness for store operations and business workflows.
- Participate in change and release activities for mobility configurations and application deployments, following appropriate governance and validation practices.
- Document deployment procedures, troubleshooting steps, known issues, and support processes for internal knowledge sharing.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

Qualifications
Required
- 5+ Years Workspace ONE (VMware Workspace ONE UEM) administration/support (enrollment, profiles, policies, compliance, app deployment, troubleshooting)
- 5+ Years Support for Samsung phones and tablets (configuration, enrollment, policy/app issues, connectivity, security/compliance)
- 5+ Years Support for Zebra hardware: TC devices, mobile printers, and tablets (device setup, connectivity, app/peripheral troubleshooting)
- 5+ Years Experience providing mobility/endpoint support for both retail and non-retail (office/corporate) environments
- 5+ Years Hands-on experience managing mobility incidents end-to-end (triage, resolution, documentation, escalation)
- 5+ Years Experience supporting device rollouts in retail stores and office locations, including post-deployment stabilization
- 5+ Years Experience assisting with automation of deployment tasks and repeatable rollout/support activities
- 5+ Years Experience contributing to large projects with design and build responsibilities
- Proven ability to perform support work with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume support environment
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
- Knowledge of Samsung Knox (Knox features, policies, integrations, troubleshooting)
- Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $72,000 to $134,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
