From events to social media to digital assets and execution, our blend of insights from expert marketers and world-class creative talent produces attention-grabbing campaigns anchored in data-infused strategies. Recruiting for this role ends on 5/1/2026.

Overview

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help shape how emerging Converge by Deloitte industry solutions show up in the market. Deloitte's full-service Marketing, Brand & Communications organization is seeking a skilled strategist and storyteller to help build our product marketing capabilities and drive go-to-market impact for a growing portfolio of innovative offerings. At Deloitte, we combine world-class creativity and business knowledge, insightful strategic thinking, and Deloitte's powerful brand equity to create undeniable impact. If you find opportunity where others don't, thrive in a supportive and diverse team environment, keep your finger on the pulse of cultural trends and the latest technology, and apply new ideas to challenge the status quo, then we want your talents in our mix. Together we'll discover new ways to transform out-of-the-box concepts into work that feels like marketing magic.

In this role, you'll support the growth and go-to-market presence of emerging solutions within our sector-specific Converge by Deloitte portfolios. Every day you'll have the opportunity to use your skills to bring big ideas to life — translating complex product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences. We celebrate inquisitive team players who can regularly anticipate, adjust, and act in a rapidly changing market and marketing landscape — and find new opportunities within it.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and bring to life positioning and messaging frameworks for emerging Converge portfolio solutions, ensuring consistent and differentiated narratives across channels and audiences
  • Partner with business and portfolio leaders to build and execute go-to-market plans for new and evolving products, including audience segmentation, competitive assessments, targeting strategy, and customer journey mapping
  • Create integrated marketing campaign plans that drive awareness, deepen engagement, create demand, and influence pipeline growth
  • Parter with sales and broader GtM teams to develop and maintain sales enablement materials — including solution narratives, talking points, and audience-specific collateral — in close collaboration with business development and portfolio teams
  • Engage and collaborate with industry and offering portfolio marketers, business leaders, and other stakeholders on campaign planning and execution, leveraging agile principles throughout
  • Make recommendations on content strategy, development, and deployment, including derivative content that extends reach and impact
  • Review content and creative assets to ensure quality control for all projects against applicable brand and messaging standards
  • Monitor ongoing campaign performance against targeted outcomes and recommend adjustments as needed
  • Drive decisions on campaign resources, negotiate SOWs, and manage timelines
  • Manage development post-campaign analysis (ROI) and lessons learned
  • Bring innovative thinking and best practices to all marketing activities

Successful Candidate Will Possess

  • Experience developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for B2B software-oriented solutions
  • Prior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably at an enterprise technology or software company, global corporation, or professional services firm
  • Familiarity with AI tools and integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts; Microsoft Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are preferred
  • A knack for distilling complex product or solution concepts into clear, compelling positioning and marketing narratives
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment and build trusted relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders
  • An understanding of how to communicate priorities and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines — and where requirements can change quickly because of new market realities
  • Executive presence with the ability to present ideas, make recommendations, provide rationale, and advise leaders and their teams on marketing and go-to-market strategy
  • Experience leading junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to support their growth and development, and facilitating new connections to broaden their networks

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing with a focus on marketing strategy, planning, and/or product marketing
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
