- Lead SAP SD/OTC client engagements by designing and implementing SAP solutions.
- Gather and translate business requirements into system designs and technical specifications.
- Cultivate client relationships and guide teams in defining business requirements and functional designs.
- Drive business development by supporting pursuits, proposals, and solution shaping with key decision-makers.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and innovation by participating in communities of practice and developing accelerators that enhance delivery efficiency.
- Coach and develop team members to support their growth and project success.
- Stay current on SAP’s latest solutions and apply new capabilities to drive impactful business transformations.

We specialize in the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP applications, empowering clients to build a Kinetic Enterprise. This involves enabling a clean core, reducing technical debt, and leveraging advanced cloud capabilities such as automation, AI, ML, and analytics.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree; or Associate’s degree plus 10 years of professional work experience
- 8+ years of SAP experience in a consulting firm or an industry/internal role with solution design and end-to-end delivery, including 3+ years in SAP SD/OTC
- 4+ end-to-end SAP implementations, with primary SAP SD/OTC responsibility on 2+ programs
- 2+ full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations, including design, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare
- Configuration experience in at least 3 of the following SAP SD/OTC areas: pricing and conditions; billing and invoicing; availability check (ATP/backorder processing); sales order management; delivery and shipping; EDI/IDoc integration.
- Experience leading an SD/OTC workstream on 2+ programs,including planning, backlog, issue/risk management, and team coordination.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
- Master’s degree
- 2+ years of client delivery experience at a Big Four consulting firm.
- Participation in at least 1 ECC-to-S/4HANA conversion or greenfield S/4 program.
- Experience with Signavio.
- Current SAP certification in Sales and Distribution, or SAP S/4HANA Sales
- Pre-sales support on 2+ pursuits (e.g., solution shaping, demos, estimates).
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,800 - $241,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
