  • Lead SAP IBP client engagements by designing and implementing SAP solutions.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into system designs and technical specifications.
  • Develop strong client relationships, guiding teams in developing business requirements and functional designs.
  • Drive business development by cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and contributing to sales and proposal efforts.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and innovation by participating in forums and developing tools to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide junior professionals, fostering their growth and supporting successful project outcomes.
  • Engage with SAP’s latest solutions, participating in continuous learning to drive impactful business transformations.

We specialize in the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP applications, empowering clients to build a Kinetic Enterprise. This involves enabling a clean core, reducing technical debt, and leveraging advanced cloud capabilities such as automation, AI, ML, and analytics.

Required Qualifications 

  • 8+ years of relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large consulting firm, boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry
  • 5+ years of functional configuration experience with the SAP IBP module
  • 3+ years of SAP IBP business process design experience
  • Experience participating in all phases of at least 4 full end-to-end SAP implementations, with a focus on SAP IBP, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • 4+ years’ experience in a technical or functional lead role, overseeing teams on at least 2 SAP end-to-end full lifecycle implementations
  • Experience with a minimum of 2 full life cycle SAP S4 HANA implementations
  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree plus equivalent work experience
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • Experience migrating SAP ECC to S/4 Hana
  • Previous experience working directly for a “Big 4” consulting firm
  • Signavio experience
  • At least 1 current SAP certification

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,800 - $241,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
