Work You’ll Do
As a Manager, you will lead project teams and collaborate with Deloitte’s global network to deliver strategic regulatory reporting solutions. Your role will include:

  • Leading and overseeing projects focused on the implementation and automation of reporting processes, including testing, validation, quality assurance program development, and remediation of regulatory reporting issues.
  • Directing the definition of regulatory reporting requirements, guiding research on interpretive questions, and establishing governance frameworks.
  • Designing and implementing regulatory reporting policies in alignment with risk and control assessments, operational and data controls, and analytics strategies.
  • Managing teams in a collaborative environment, fostering partnerships with clients, practitioners, and multidisciplinary professionals.
  • Delivering complex engagements by overseeing workstreams, serving as the primary client contact, and ensuring effective project management and deliverable execution.
  • Presenting findings and strategic recommendations to client executives and supporting the implementation of agreed solutions.
  • Driving business development and internal initiatives, including the creation of industry perspectives, thought leadership, proposals, and go-to-market materials.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in the technology, media & telecom (TMT) or consulting industry related to one or more of the following: regulatory reporting remediation and transformation programs, implementation of new regulatory requirements, testing and validation of regulatory processes and controls, regulatory report automation, report preparation, or related data analysis.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing client relationships in a consulting or similar environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of regulatory reports such as GDPR, DMA, DSA, CRA, EU FSD, EU Data Act, EU AIA, Minor Protection Acts, UK Online Safety, IE OSMR, FR Y-14, FR Y-9C, FFIEC 031, FR Y-15, FFIEC 009, or FFIEC 101.
  • Deep understanding of business processes, regulatory requirements, risk management, internal control management, process and technology controls, or related standards and frameworks in the regulatory reporting space.
  • Experience designing and overseeing regulatory risk functions, including execution and oversight processes, risk assessment, reporting, controls, testing, and data analytics.
  • Strong leadership, relationship management, and project/program management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive teams toward successful outcomes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience leading proposal development, client presentations, and executive communications.
  • Proficiency with reporting technology/tools (e.g., Axiom).
  • Demonstrated experience in regulatory requirements analysis, and leading regulatory controls testing engagements.
  • Experience supporting business pursuits, managing client service delivery, and interacting with executive stakeholders.
  • Advanced degree and/or certification (e.g., MBA, CRCM, CPA, PMP, CFA).

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,200 to $265,600
