Work You'll Do
As the ServiceNow RPA Lead, you will be on the cutting edge of implementing RPA capabilities supporting client mission objectives. You will be the go-to advisor and mentor, guiding teams and clients through innovative solution creation and development, while enhancing your leadership skills in a collaborative setting.
Responsibilities include:
- The Deloitte Process Robotics (DPR) Automation Specialist engages with client stakeholders, IT personnel, process experts, engineering/support teams, and other members of the engagement to analyze and qualify processes for automation
- Design, implement, test, deploy, support, and operate Robotic Pross Automation (RPA) software in client environment
- Serve as a process engineer, technology implementer, solution developer, and client advisor
- Serve as ServiceNow SME with a willingness to learn RPA

Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Ability to work on-site in Chantilly, VA 5 days per week
- 5+ years of full stack development or RPA experience in ServiceNow or similar technologies
- Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
- Prior professional services or consulting experience
- Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
- 4+ years of experience in robotics process automation
- Experience with UiPath
- Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
