Work you'll do
As a Senior Manager, Strategy, Growth and Transformation on the Organization, Workforce & Change team, you will be responsible for:
- Lead learning strategy, learning operations, and learning experience design engagements
- Develop and implement learning, skills, performance, and technology strategies, including performance management frameworks that support productivity and workforce transformation
- Conduct organizational assessments, design operating models and governance structures, and support vendor rationalization, optimization, and transformation efforts
- Align Deloitte Academies solutions to client needs and integrate them with broader human capital programs
- Lead practice development and business development efforts, including coaching practitioners, supporting recruiting, and developing statements of work, proposals, client presentations, and marketing materials

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, learning strategy, performance management, customer training, partner training, or sales enablement
- 6+ years of experience with digital learning platforms
- 4+ years of experience leading learning-related projects or teams
- 8+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
- 6+ years of consulting services experience
- Experience supporting workforce skills or learning initiatives involving artificial intelligence or emerging technologies
- Experience developing and implementing performance management frameworks for an organization of 500+ employees within the past 5 years
- Experience leading or co-leading 5+ projects where performance management strategy resulted in documented improvement in workforce productivity, upskilling or reskilling outcomes, or return on investment targets
- Experience managing project teams of 2-6 members across multiple workstreams or engagements and leading 10+ client presentations
- Experience developing proposals, statements of work, executive workshops, or 8+ business development articles or marketing assets
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $175,300 to $322,900.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
