Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
Global SAP Delivery Manager for IT and Business transformation projects enabled by SAP. Manage project delivery for global clients & overseeing teams across multiple deployments. Plan, monitor, and optimize workloads, productivity goals, and professional growth opportunities for team members. Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP Finance matters, collaborating with business units, IT, and external partners to ensure effective solution delivery. Organize and facilitate leadership meetings with client business and IT stakeholders to design and deliver tailored solutions. Serve as the SME for SAP Finance and Cost Controlling (FI/CO), providing guidance on best practices and innovative solutions. Architect and deliver custom solutions for unique industry requirements, such as batch-wise cost capture and accelerated business process reconciliation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring delivery of measurable business value and customer satisfaction. Publish and communicate KPIs and project status to internal and external stakeholders. A strong candidate will have the following skills:

The Team
The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients’ needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project delivery for global clients & overseeing teams across multiple deployments.

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP Finance.
- Proven experience in the heavy equipment or manufacturing industry.
- Strong techno-functional expertise in SAP Finance and Cost Controlling (FI/CO), modules.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

This compensation range is specific to Illinoisand takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $145,000 to $175,000.
