Work You’ll Do
As a Pursuit Manager on our team you will:
- Provide overall leadership and approach to manage complex pursuits, from pre-RFP through submission/production
- Work directly with account teams to drive development of compliant and compelling proposal responses
- Lead and guide proposal teams in developing a strategic approach, evaluating solicitation requirements and managing a time-effective process
- Work with technical teams to develop content that is clear, effective and consistent
- Brainstorm solutions providing tactical advice and guidance with the ability to drive strategy and solutions
- Manage team members (of various specialties and at various levels of seniority) to develop responses that meet the needs of potential clients
- Demonstrate the ability to bring creativity and innovation to the framing and structuring of proposal
- Have responsibility across multiple, concurrent projects
- Adjust to shifting priorities, stringent deadlines, last minute requirements, and occasional evening/weekend hours to accomplish tasks within non-negotiable client deadlines
- Conduct post-submission proposal debriefs to determine future proposal strategies and potential process and tool changes
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of proposal management processes, tools, and templates

Qualifications
Required:
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree with preferred concentration in Business, English, Journalism, Marketing or Communications
- Active Security Clearance – Top Secret/SCI or SCI eligible
- 2+ years of experience with Federal procurement (e.g., FAR)
- 2+ years of experience leading “must-win” Federal proposal opportunities ($50M+), providing strategic and tactical advice and guidance to senior leadership and client service teams
- 2+ years of experience working with account teams to execute pursuit methodology process, driving the development of compliant and compelling proposals
- 2+ years developing and maintaining proposal management artifacts
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or any time in the future
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

- Ability to work with grace and efficiency in a demanding, deadline-driven environment

- Ability to analyze information and make sound observations and recommendations quickly
